Cancellation Policy

Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request 24 hours’ notice. Appointment slots missed, or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, are difficult to fill, leading to reduced efficiency in running clinic services.

Appointments cancelled without 24 hours’ notice, will incur a fee equal to the appointment price.
